With sweeping vineyard views to the east and west, this idyllic retreat sits on one acre of lush greenery, complete with an in ground pool, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining.
Ideally situated between the sound and bay beaches, minutes to local favourites like Sang Lee, 8 Hands, Love Lane, Krupski, Wickhams and notable vineyards like Croteaux, McCall, Bedell, Pugliese, and many more.
About the Property
Spacious and light filled home with 4 bedrooms 2 baths that comfortably sleeps 6, or an extended clan of up to 8.
Enter the cottage from the mudroom just off a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table sits 6 and can be extended for 8.
Anchored by a wood burning fireplace, the living room has a modular seating couch for cozy nights or intimate conversations over a glass of wine.
Off the dining area is a newly renovated full bathroom with heated floors, a spacious guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and an oversized closet. Unanimously voted as the best room in the house, it is the only bedroom with undisrupted vineyard views!
The second guest room is currently configured as an office with a writer’s desk overlooking the backyard and a comfortable sleeper couch that easily converts into a queen size bed.
Upstairs, the 3rd bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that sleeps two young children. Down the hallway is a generously sized master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet. A freshly updated second bathroom sits between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms are outfitted with black out shades.
Newly furnished basement comes with a TV room, playroom (or yoga room) and laundry.
Step outside, a fully furnished deck with a grill provides seamless transition between outdoor living and dining designed for relaxing, (re)connecting and entertaining .
At one acre, the spacious backyard comes with a fenced in pool and hot tub, complete with an outdoor ninja gym, swing, climbing set, and games such as Giant Jenga, bocce ball, and more.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully designed and bright. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor seating area allowed us to make the most of the beautiful days. The house is centrally located to literally everything you want to get to, including Sang Lee, 8 Hands, Love Lane and lots of farm stands just minutes away. Our hosts were excellent - sending us a list of recommendations in the area before our stay and leaving us an adorable welcome gift of local tastings. Our time there felt like a real escape from the city and we can't wait to go back!

The house is in a GREAT location near various towns, grocery stores and farm stands (Sang Lee), vineyards and beaches. The owners were very communicative prior to and during our stay. The house had everything you could need - we immediately felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped & organized - we loved grilling on the deck off the dining room/kitchen area. The backyard was bigger than I anticipated and our kids had a blast running around and playing on the swing. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the fall!

We spent two weeks here this July and could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The house was clean and cozy with amazing decor and stunning views of the vineyards. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a perfect study to work remotely if needed. The pool was a god send for the heat wave and the deck was ideal for eating meals outside, enjoying coffee and a book or a glass of wine gazing at the starry skies at night. The yard was great for our son to play around in with a great tree swing and climbing set. The location was perfect with easy access to all the towns, farm stands, wineries, restaurants and beaches.

My husband, my 2 children and I had a wonderful July on this property! The house was perfect for us, my kids loved the bunk beds and the playroom in the basement and of course everyone enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It is conveniently located on the North Fork, close to many vineyards, a grocery store, farm stands, restaurants and our favorite for live music, Greenport Brewing. The hosts were very available to us, even meeting us upon arrival to show us around. High grades for the house, location and hosts!

Located just under 90 miles in the east end of Long Island, we are centrally located on a quiet street in Cutchogue, just minutes to local favourites like Sang Lee, 8 Hands, Love Lane, Krupski, Wickham’s and notable vineyards like Croteaux, McCall, Bedell and Pugliese.
Closest sound and bay beaches are approximately 5 mins away by car.

This is our home so we have (mostly) everything a young family needs; including linen, towels and modern appliances. We also have too many coffee makers including a French Press, moka pot, drip coffee and Lavazza espresso machine.
If you need something, we likely have it (except a salad spinner ;P) If unsure, please just ask.

We are a no pets home but will consider requests on a case by case basis.

Closest beaches are Goldsmith Inlet, McCabe, Pequash, Founder’s Landing.
